Luther Prep had called Sofia Spiegelberg Bitter to serve as a tutor next year. She accepted that call. Upon further review, she has been asked to serve as a full-time instructor for one year. She (joyfully) agreed. Her accepting this "change" fills the needs in our Spanish department for one year, and also gives additional help in other areas.
Luther Prep will now be requesting three female tutors from the Assignment Committee next week to replace our outgoing three female tutors.

Damion Glisper has accepted the divine call to serve as Prep's Director of Urban Outreach. We pray that his transition from Atonement/The Light House is blessed and that our Lord provides for their needs soon.
Damion will begin his service on July 1.
Damion is a 1991 NPS graduate. His wife is a 1992 NPS graduate. Their two children, Isaiah and Anna, were graduates of Luther Prep School.

Pastor Evan Chartrand has accepted his call to Panama City Beach, Florida to serve as the pastor in the new mission start.
We pray the Lord blesses Pastor Chartrand and his wife Joanna in his new call, and that his transition to parish ministry goes smoothly. We are grateful for Pastor Chartrands 10 faithful years of service (8 as Recruitment Director) at Luther Prep. We also pray the Lord fills the vacant position soon, confident it will be according to his gracious plans.

Professor Marty Pagel has returned the call to serve at Evergreen Lutheran High School.May the Lord of the church send a servant to Evergreen Lutheran according to his timetable.
May the Lord continue to bless Prof. Pagel in his service to LPS.
